Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

AstroSelf is operated by Founders Webflow LLC ("we", "us"), registered at Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

2. What we provide

AstroSelf calculates an astrological chart from the birth details you supply and uses an artificial intelligence language model to generate written interpretations of that chart. We currently offer birth chart reports.

Astrology is not a science, and our reports are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. Nothing in a report is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and you should not treat it as such or rely on it in place of a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decision you make after reading a report.

Because reports are generated by an AI model, their wording will differ between runs and we cannot guarantee any particular length, structure, or conclusion. We do not warrant that a report will be accurate, insightful, or agreeable to you.

3. Your account

You must create an account to purchase and read reports. You must provide an accurate email address, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@astroself.org. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

4. The birth details you give us

A report is only as good as the data behind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, time and location you enter. An incorrect birth time in particular produces a materially different chart. An inaccurate report caused by inaccurate input is not grounds for a refund — see our Refund Policy.

5. Prices, payment and subscriptions

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.

The monthly transit subscription renews automatically each month at the price in force when you subscribed, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and will retain access for the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a purchase you have already made, and for subscriptions we will give you notice before the new price applies to a renewal.

6. Refunds

Reports are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. Our refund position, including the circumstances in which we will refund you and your statutory withdrawal rights if you are in the EU or UK, is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. What you may and may not do

Your report is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or republish a report, in whole or in substantial part;
• present AstroSelf's output as your own commercial astrological service;
• access the service by automated means, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or payment;
• submit another person's birth details without their permission, or use the service to harass or profile anyone;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will normally warn you first.

8. Our intellectual property, and yours

The AstroSelf name, site design, software and prompts are ours. The birth details you enter remain yours. You keep the right to use the report we generate for you personally, as described above.

9. Availability

We aim to keep AstroSelf available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we depend on third parties (see the list in our Privacy Policy) whose outages can affect us.

If we fail to deliver a report you have paid for, tell us and we will re-run it or refund you — that is the remedy described in the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your non-excludable rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take on the basis of a report, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last substantive change. If a change materially reduces your rights we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use AstroSelf after that means you accept the new terms.
